At NordPets, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and tracking information so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During this time, we confirm the order details, perform quality checks, and prepare the package for dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship to the United Kingdom, EU countries, and several international destinations. Delivery time estimates are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • European Union (EU) countries: 4–8 business days

  • Other countries: 5–10 business days

Shipping times are calculated from the dispatch date and may vary slightly depending on the destination and courier conditions.


3. Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of destination or order size. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.


4. Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with trackable shipping methods. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 1–3 business days of placing your order. You can monitor the status of your shipment using the link provided in the email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the courier has scanned the parcel.


5. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or courier issues. If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@nordpets.com. We will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include a full refund or replacement.
